Chhay Thy, a monitor with human rights group ADHOC in Rattasnakiri, claimed that Vietnamese illegal immigrants are flocking to Rattanakiri in groups using their own individual's transport with motorcycles bearing the Vietnamese number plate. He said those Vietnamese migrants flocked to Cambodia to work in Vietnamese economic concession zone in various districts of the province.
