PHNOM PENH, Cambodia—Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen on Friday
criticized U.S. threats to cut aid to the impoverished Southeast Asian
nation if its election wasn’t free and fair, and dared American
lawmakers to follow through on their warning.
